Accommodation
At the end of a cul-de-sac is the impressive Villa Muchavista. A large and automatic sliding gate gives access to a wide driveway that goes up to the covered carport, with the main entrance of the house next to it. The villa is entered on this level via the lower floor, where a central hall provides access to several sleeping quarters;
- On the left is a separate guest studio, which guarantees privacy and has a double bedroom with two single beds (90x200) that can be put together or apart as desired plus a comfortable sofa bed with two single mattresses (80x200) for two children. This room has its own modern en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
- On the right side are two more double bedrooms, one with two single beds (90x200) and one with a double bed, (160x200) that together use a shared, also modern bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. All bedrooms are equipped with an air conditioning unit and can be darkened with blinds.
This ground floor is ideal for the stay of family or guests, thanks to the clear separation between the sleeping quarters and the living areas with the master bedroom upstairs. This allows several generations to enjoy a relaxing holiday together in comfort and with the necessary privacy. A beautiful, modern staircase in the hall leads to the upper floor, where on the left a door gives access to the living spaces; the beating heart of Villa Muchavista.
- The dining room is furnished with a beautiful wooden table that can seat ten guests, and in the sitting area there is plenty of space with a spacious three-seater sofa plus a second large three-seater sofa with chaise longue. Large sliding windows open from the combined living space onto the open terrace with the pool and garden.
- The modern open kitchen is bright, stylish and very inviting; Cooking here quickly becomes a pleasure in itself. The kitchen connects seamlessly with the living space and cooking quickly becomes a pleasure in itself. With a large worktop, modern appliances and all the necessities for a carefree stay, you can prepare the tastiest meals here with great pleasure.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, combi fridge, dishwasher, kettle and all necessary household goods. For coffee lovers , there is a choice of a nespresso coffee maker, a French press or an Italian coffee maker. The kitchen bar is the ideal place for those who prefer to watch rather than stand behind the stove themselves.
Back in the central hall on the first floor there are two more doors:
- Behind the first door is a separate guest toilet. This toilet can also be accessed directly from the outdoor area, which is particularly convenient for those staying by the pool. This way you don't necessarily have to use one of the bathrooms inside, as this toilet serves perfectly as a pool toilet.
- The second door leads to the master suite: a spacious bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, equipped with its own air conditioning unit and the possibility of blackout with curtains. The en-suite bathroom, equipped with a double sink, a generous shower cubicle and toilet, is particularly comfortable and also benefits from natural daylight. From here you step directly onto the covered terrace by the pool.
The spacious swimming pool of 11 by 5 meters invites you to long, lazy days on the sunbeds around the water. For those who want to stay active, there is also plenty of room to swim laps every day.
