Welcome to CASALUX

Enjoy peace, comfort and a Mediterranean atmosphere in this detached, single-storey holiday home for 6 people, ideally located between Albir and Alfaz del Pi. 

CASALUX offers a private swimming pool, three bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with built-in appliances, an indoor garage and a beautifully landscaped garden with several seating areas in the middle of Mediterranean plants.

Prime location on the Costa Blanca

Located in a quiet, child-friendly neighborhood, just 1 km from the beach of l'Albir and within walking distance of the cozy center with shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The flat surroundings make it easy to explore Albir, Alfaz del Pi and even charming Altea on foot or by bike. The combination of nature, culture and climate makes this an ideal place for every season.

We ourselves fell for this location because of the peace, comfort and style. That is why we have furnished CASALUX with an eye for atmosphere, quality and convenience.

Layout of the house

Living room

Centrally located with access to the kitchen and bedrooms. Equipped with  a large corner sofa, air conditioning (cooling and heating), an 8-person dining table, reading corner, mood lighting, television, board games and books. Of course there is also a TV and stable internet connection.

If desired, you can keep the living room cool on summer days by using the electric shutters.

Through the sliding doors you also have access to the terrace at the front of the house. 

Kitchen

Modern U-kitchen with luxury appliances: American fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood, coffee machine and kettle. Fully equipped for extensive cooking, barbecuing or drinks.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Bedroom 1 

Double bed (180x200 cm), air conditioning, large built-in wardrobe and access to the bathroom. The practical sliding doors with electric shutter take you to the terrace at the front of the house if desired. 

Bathroom 1 

Modern tiled bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, double washbasin, toilet and electric heating.

Bedroom 2

Double bed (160x200 cm) and spacious built-in wardrobe.

Bedroom 3

Twin beds (90x200 cm), storage cupboard and air conditioning.

Bathroom 2

Recently renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin and mirror with lighting. 

Other rooms

Garage

Accessible indoors and equipped with washing machine, dryer, two hot water boilers and enough space for bicycles, suitcases and beach equipment. Access is also possible via the electric roller door.

Garden

A plot of approx. 750 m² with lots of privacy. The private swimming pool (approx. 4x8 m) is attractively lit and equipped with an outdoor shower. The garden has various seating areas, Mediterranean plants and a large palm tree as an eye-catcher. The pool is maintained weekly by the pool boy. 

HUE lighting is available throughout the garden and a fairy light. This makes the garden attractively lit for cozy summer evenings. 

Veranda

At the rear is a cozy veranda with lounge set, a 6-person dining table and extra seating spread over the site. Want to hang out in a hammock under the palm tree? That is also possible!

Park

Two parking spaces on site, closed with an electric gate. Ample opportunity for free parking in the street.

The district – Jardin d'Alfaz

A popular, green neighborhood within walking distance of both Alfaz del Pi and the boulevard of Albir. The house is also close to the train station, which makes it easy to travel to other beautiful towns and villages on the Costa Blanca.

What to do in the area?

Prime location!

Within a few minutes you are in the atmospheric Altea (4 km) or the lively Benidorm (5 km). No car? No problem! The train station is within walking distance and takes you to both Denia and Alicante.

Fancy adventure or nature? Explore the breathtaking hiking trails in the Sierra Gelada, discover idyllic beaches, visit the enchanting mountain village of Guadalest, or take a refreshing dip at the waterfalls of Algar.

Shopping enthusiasts are in the right place with the large Marina Finestrat shopping centre just a 10-minute drive away!

Fun for kids :-)

Just a short drive away is Benidorm's splashing Aquamarina waterpark – an absolute must for hot days of watery fun. With slides, wave pools and areas for younger children, it is a paradise for water rats. Especially for kids from about 6 years old.

But that's not all... In Elche you will find a fantastic safari park where you will come face to face with lions, giraffes, zebras and many more impressive animals. An adventurous day out for the whole family, even driving through some parts of the park by car!

We, Paul & Marjolein, enjoy our lovely house on the Costa Blanca together with our kids Sam & Lux for several weeks a year. A place that has been carefully chosen near amenities, beach, shops and eateries! Both in winter and summer we enjoy the beautiful weather here. Our house has recently been completely renovated and attractively decorated.
How nice to let others use it too. Our hostess will be happy to welcome you!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation rules:

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
