The Spanish casa in the Valencia and Alicante area is suitable for 6 people. The holiday home is fully equipped: for adult groups or families with children. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the communal swimming pool or relax in the spacious garden of the casa. Beach lover? You will have sand between your toes within 15 minutes.

Casa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms
The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house is therefore suitable for 6 people. All bedrooms have air conditioning, so everyone can get a good night's sleep. In 2 of the 3 bathrooms you will find a shower, in the last bathroom you can take a bath. Upon arrival, the beds are made and the cupboards are ready to hang all the Spanish outfits: the holiday can start immediately.

Barbecue, kitchen, coffee maker
It's the holidays, so that means barbecuing. There is a nice barbecue ready for you. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary equipment and furnishings to prepare a great meal for a group of 6 people. To wash up? The dishwasher does that. You can drink a cup of coffee from the coffee maker at your leisure.

Television with WiFi and laundry room
Of course there is a television in the house, with WiFi. Slightly less important, but still important: a washing machine, drying rack and ironing board are ready for you (fellow travelers).

Child friendly
On request, we are also happy to provide everything for our smallest visitors. Think of a camping bed, changing mat, high chair and playpen. We are happy to set this up for you, at no extra cost. Please indicate that you are coming with your (children) when making the reservation. Sorry, pets are not welcome. Just like smoking in the house, that is allowed outside.

Spacious balcony and communal swimming pool
From the spacious balcony of our casa you have a view of the communal swimming pool. Ideal for keeping an eye on things when your (little) fellow travelers are in the water. And honestly: a view of a swimming pool always gives you that real holiday feeling. Want to do something more than just staring at the pool? There is plenty to do outside the closed gates of the casa. We are of course happy to give you tips for the Valencia and Alicante region.

Restaurants and supermarkets within easy reach
You will find plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within a 5-minute drive from the casa. Handy for when you get started in the kitchen yourself. And as for the restaurants: wonderful if you choose to be surprised by the good restaurants that Alfaz del Pi has to offer.

Padel, tennis and golf in Alfaz del pi
Do you have a sporting holiday in mind in Alfaz del Pi? The padel and tennis courts are a 5-minute drive away. And you can be on the golf course within 20 minutes. Rent a boat? It is all possible just a stone's throw from our Spanish casa.

Hiking trails and mountain bike trails
Beautiful mountain bike routes lead into the mountains from Alfaz. Are you ready for some rest? Then drive to the protected walking nature reserve 'Parc Natural de la Serra Gelada' within 15 minutes. You will find a beautiful walking route with beautiful views towards the sea. You can also drive to the beach in 15 minutes. That's a bonus, because with more than 300 sunny days a year, there is a good chance that you will enjoy some sun in Alfaz del Pi.

Excursions within a few kilometers drive
There is room for 2 cars in the parking lot of our casa. The entire group can fit in the cars for a day out. A few kilometers away you will find Benidorm, Villajoyosa and the historic center of Altea. The Les fonts de L'Algar waterfalls and the beautiful village of Guadelest are also definitely worth a visit.
