What a location! Phenomenally beautiful and quietly located in the authentic village of Alcalalí. Villa Jacaranda is a beautiful detached villa with private pool, located in a quiet residential area with beautiful views over the valley.
LAYOUT VILLA JACARANDA
Villa Jacaranda is all on one level. Through a gate you walk up a typical Spanish staircase to the villa. You enter the utility room where the washing machine and freezer are located. Then you walk through to the spacious open kitchen. This is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven. 5-burner gas stove, kettle, coffee maker (filter coffee and a Nespresso).
The living room is attractively furnished, dining area with large dining table, spacious sitting area with fireplace, music system, air conditioning, ceiling fan and mosquito nets on the windows. There is a smart TV available, You can log in to your own streaming service on the TV. From the living room you can walk straight into the naja, where you have a beautiful view over the valley, the naja can be completely closed off by means of a glass front. You can also walk from the naja to the swimming pool via a small staircase
Bedroom 1: master bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), air conditioning, ceiling fan, mosquito nets and ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. Bedroom 2: a double bed (150 x 190 cm.) mosquito nets, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. The 2nd bathroom has a bath with shower, a sink, toilet and bidet.
Entire house is equipped with shutters.
OUTSIDE AT VILLA JACARANDA
You can park your car in the private parking lot on the street. The property is fully fenced, down via a typical Spanish staircase and you end up on the terrace with the lovely private swimming pool (size 8 x 4 m) with 4 sunbeds, outdoor shower, parasol and lounge set. A little higher, via a small staircase, you enter the large covered terrace through a wooden pergola, below you will find the outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, a large dining table, with nice views of the pool and the valley.

- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Thursday and Friday. In the other months we have flexible arrival and departure days. Ask us about the possibilities.
– We have a minimum stay of 7 days.
– We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

– Heated private swimming pool (to be booked in advance, please let us know when booking). Preheating costs € 110 per stay. When using the heated pool, the electricity consumption is higher. Additional consumption is calculated via the meter on site. From mid-April to June and September/October it is possible to heat the pool. In the months of July and August it is not possible to use a heated swimming pool, the temperature of the pool water in these months is very pleasant.

– The costs for the final cleaning include towels, kitchen linen and all beds made
– Arrival from 16.00 hours. Departure before 10.00 am.
– Surcharge on arrival between 21.00 - 00.00 € 50,- , after 00.00 € 100 (to be paid in cash on arrival)
– Surcharge arrival on Christmas Day or New Year's Day: € 50 (to be paid in cash on arrival)
– Pets not allowed
STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Villa Jacaranda is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating, the costs for this are € 42 per week, which must be paid in advance when booking. In the period November to March, the rent is on request. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with an interim cleaning and change of bed linen and towels mandatory. The winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. For information regarding the regulations in the Valencia/Costa Blanca region: A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
