Our modern house is a 15-minute walk from the beach and the pleasant shopping street of Albir. The quietly located bungalow offers parking in front of the door and is close to the access to the Sierra Gelada nature reserve and the Faro de l'Albir route.
With 2 modern bedrooms, 3 terraces, a modern bathroom and fully equipped kitchen, this property guarantees a fantastic stay. The swimming pool in the courtyard garden should of course not be missed.
The front of the house offers ample parking space. The front terrace is vv. a bicycle shed and a garden set with 4 chairs.
Living room
The living room is equipped with a good sofa, 2 chairs with armrests, dining table with 4 chairs and 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar. There is a flat screen smart TV and there is plenty of storage space in the fixed storage cabinet. The room can be cooled as well as heated with the heat pump and can be heated in winter with a cozy pellet stove.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things. induction hob, combi microwave, fridge, freezer, bean coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, plenty of crockery and sharp knives.
The toilet is located next to the back door and offers space for the washing machine.
At the rear you can walk straight onto the rear terrace with a second garden set and a view of the swimming pool.
On the first floor you will find two spacious bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, shutters and windows that can be opened. The front bedroom has its own balcony and a double bed (160 wide). The rear bedroom has 2 single beds that can also be pushed together.
The bathroom is beautifully equipped with luxury sink, vanity unit with towels, spacious walk-in shower and second toilet.
The spiral staircase on the front balcony leads to the spacious roof terrace with unique views of the bay of Albir and the Sierra Gelada. In the evening, you can watch from Benidorm to Calpe from here while preparing a snack on the Weber gas barbecue.
There is a lot to do in the area. Of course the beach and the beautiful boulevard of Albir. But also the many restaurants and shops. The entrance to the Sierra Gelada is 200 meters away. From here, the route to the Faro of Albir is a must to walk.
The legislation in the Alicante region stipulates that a minimum rental period of 10 nights applies to non-tourist properties. Because our home is a private home that we use a lot ourselves, this exception applies.
