Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Please note:

Your reservation will only be final after confirmation from the landlords regarding advertisements on several sites and after receipt of the deposit, see payment conditions.

The costs for final cleaning are € 250.00, extra cleaning costs for pets € 40.00.
For arrivals and departures between 22.00-0700 hours there will be an extra charge of € 40.00.
Bed and bath linen is charged € 17.50 p.p.
Energy costs will be deducted from the deposit, if this is not sufficient, you will receive a subsequent settlement.
We ask for a deposit of € 300.00 which will be refunded, provided nothing is damaged.
The high season rate applies to all school holidays.
Other changeover days and minimum stay in consultation.

Payment terms:

* Within 7 days after receiving our confirmation on your reservation request, you must pay 50% of the total rent. Only after we have received your deposit, your reservation is final.

* You owe the remainder no later than 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation:

* If cancelled up to 30 days before arrival date, the cancellation fee is 50%.

* After that 100%

The landlord is not liable for any damage to the tenants, the tenants' possessions and any damage otherwise.
