HOUSE RULES:
-Reservations are not allowed for groups of young people under 30 years of age, only if they are couples or families with children.

-All guests must provide the data and show their ID/Passport to the host and fill in the traveler's report that will be sent to the competent authority as required by the law of tourist rentals.
-It is not allowed to celebrate parties.
-It is not allowed to play loud music.
-It is not allowed to exceed the number of people reserved.
-The landlord is not responsible for the theft, theft, damage or loss of objects or money owned by the tenant that were in the apartment, the parking lot or the common areas of the building
-In the apartment you will find courtesy items such as toilet paper, kitchen paper, some coffee capsules, cleaning and toiletry products, garbage bags and bottled water. These products are left for your convenience during arrival and the first few days, not for the entire stay. Once exhausted, guests will need to replenish them according to their needs.
-Reservations of more than 10 nights will be accepted only if they have recreational, artistic, cultural or other similar purposes and will be subject to the rules established in these house rules being considered as "seasonal contract for use other than housing not subject to Valencian tourist regulations", being a temporary contract that is governed by the rules established by both parties in these house rules and supplementarily by the Civil Code and are outside the Valencian tourist regulations.
