We bought this beautiful place 20 years ago in a wooded area on a mountain in the foothills of the Pyrenees. It is 7 hectares in a quiet area. The surroundings are very beautiful. Every year we have built a part of our house, which has been finished for about 5 years now. We then built a guesthouse that we now want to rent out.

It is basically fully equipped. There is WiFi but no G network. You can make phone calls via WhatsApp.
Our place is self-sufficient. Electricity via solar panels and water via our own pump. Please be economical with this. The house is fully equipped. See the pictures. It is a beautiful walking area and a place to relax. There is also plenty to visit and see in the area.

There is a beautiful medieval village 16 km away where you can eat delicious food and have a drink on a square. Olot, about 20 km away, is the nearest town. There are also large supermarkets. A little further away is Banyoles with a beautiful crater lake where you can also swim. can become. The beaches can be reached in about 1 hour.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by emailto landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
