Studio GuiMar is a 5-minute walk from all amenities, cozy terraces, restaurants and the beach of San Feliu de Guixols. With its own garage, the studio is ideal for sporty guests who like to explore the area or want to go golfing at the various clubs in the area such as Golf Club Costa Brava, Mas Nou and PGA Golf Catalunya. The area is also a paradise for hikers (including the Camino Ronda along the coast), cyclists (numerous routes including along the most beautiful part of the coast in Spain to Tossa de Mar or to Peralta and to Begur etc.) and (water) sportsmen, canoeists, scuba divers and climbers (Via Ferrata Cala del Moli along the coast). For lovers of art and culture there is the Thyssen Bornemisza museum in the historic monastery in San Feliu, the old center and cathedral in Girona and nice day trips include to the Dali museum in Figueres and Barcelona.
The studio of approx. 40m2 is adjacent to the patio of the main house with several terraces and a swimming pool. The studio is not rented at the same time as the main house, but it is possible that the owners are present in the main house. In the period November to March, the climate is generally still very pleasant and ideal for outdoor activities.
There is a fully equipped kitchen flowing into a dining and sitting/annex sleeping area with two benches that can be folded out into two beds of 100x200cm each or can be combined into one bed. There is a separate bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The studio is heated by underfloor heating.
