Casa Tramontana is a cosy family home, built in traditional Catalan style, located in a quiet urbanisation in the village of Calonge, with serene views of the vast hills of les Gavarres. The villa is designed on two levels, making it an ideal option for two families, with seating for 4 guests on each floor. Some of the notable features include a **private swimming pool that will be heated from 17 May**, a private garden, a spacious terrace and covered parking.
Recent improvements to the property include the addition of air conditioning in the living/dining room, remote control ceiling fans in all rooms and a handy gas BBQ for outdoor cooking.
The upper floor consists of two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a bathroom, a sitting area/dining room with a Bluetooth music player and a modern flat screen TV, and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. The sitting area/dining room opens onto a covered terrace with a beautiful view of the hills and the garden of the house.
On the ground floor you will find two more bedrooms (one twin and one double), a bathroom with shower, and a service area with access to the pool equipped with beverage facilities, a bottled fridge, an extra dishwasher and a washing machine. This level also leads to the pool and games area, which has a table tennis table, dart board and an outdoor gas barbecue surrounded by ample seating and an attractive garden. A poolside bathroom/changing area/shower is conveniently placed near the heated pool, along with an outdoor shower.
For the convenience of guests, the house has both covered and uncovered parking within the house. The garden is fully fenced with fences, hedges and locked gates, making the house an ideal environment for families with young children. Casa Tramontana is strategically close to excellent golf courses and beautiful beaches.
