L'orada is a three-bedroom home, designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, where comfort and convenience come together.
Let's start with the bedrooms: the master bedroom welcomes you with a comfortable double bed (160 cm), a private bathroom and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a playful bunk bed, while the third bedroom offers a cozy double bed (135 cm). A spacious and modern bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms. All bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. The heart of the house is the open-plan living and dining area, complete with a TV and air conditioning, connected to the spacious, fully equipped kitchen off the living room. Both spaces lead to the inviting garden outside. Although the garden is not extensive, it exudes a charming and cozy atmosphere. From the living room or kitchen you enter a covered veranda, furnished with a table and chairs for an alfresco dinner for six people.
A BBQ area invites you to spend wonderful evenings grilling, and sun loungers by the inviting 7m x 3m swimming pool provide the perfect place to soak up the sun. Take in the breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding landscape, while enjoying complete privacy in this quiet residential area of Cabanyes. For added convenience, a garage is available for storing your car and bicycles, ensuring your holiday is hassle-free. While the WiFi isn't high-speed, it provides basic connections for your essential needs.
Immerse yourself in the holiday atmosphere just 10 minutes from Torre Valentina beach and a short distance from the city center of Calonge, Playa de Aro or Palamós. The house, although not extravagant and the garden not large, offers a cozy and convenient place, which makes the perfect base to enjoy the relaxed charm of the Costa Brava.

Youth groups under 25 years of age and parties are not allowed in this house. Families and couples looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday are welcome.
