Additional information about the stay

• The rental price includes the costs of water, electricity and maintenance of the garden and pool (once or twice a week, depending on the season).
• As a welcome gift, we provide coffee and a set of drinks for the first few days.
• Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the stay.
• The final cleaning fee is €150 per stay.
• Check-in: from 16:00 h
• Check-out: before 10:30 am, to allow for thorough cleaning between bookings.
• A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation is requested, to be paid by bank transfer within a maximum period of 7 days.
• A security deposit of €400 in cash is required upon arrival, which will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage is detected.
• The property is designed to accommodate up to 6 adults comfortably and 2 children.
• Only bookings are accepted from families. Pets and groups of young people are not allowed.
• In the event of cancellation, the following conditions will apply:
• Within 6 weeks prior to the date of entry: 30% penalty
• Up to 4 weeks before: 40% penalty
• Within 2 weeks before: 50% penalty
