This house is strategically located in the heart of the Ebro Delta Natural Park; a hotspot for biodiversity in search of balance with human presence.
The house is surrounded by about fifty olive trees, 12 species of fruit trees and a permaculture garden, on a plot of 7000 m2.
The house was renovated in 2020 with eco-friendly materials and respect for traditional methods. Sustainability has been given attention in, among other things, the biological septic tank and the heating. Electricity comes from a cooperative that supplies only renewable energy.

The house has two independent spaces, the main house and the adjoining loft.

The main house has 2 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, a living/dining room and 5 bedrooms, 1 of which is on the ground floor. The loft has its own bathroom and open kitchen. You can enjoy the space outside, including tree shade, a long dining table, a sitting area, a BBQ.

The main house and loft are only rented together, so you have the space exclusively for yourself.

A deposit of €100 will be retained at the time of booking

Cancellation Policy:
1: Cancellation within 24 hours of receipt of the booking confirmation: 100% of the amount paid in advance will be refunded
2: Cancellation after 24 hours after receipt of the reservation confirmation and up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the prepaid amount
3: Cancellation within 30 days before the start of the rental period: no refund of the prepaid amount
4: Cancellation after the start of the rental period: no refund of the amount paid
5: In case of cancellation due to force majeure: the owner can offer the possibility to change the rental period, in consultation.

Once you arrive, you will find yourself in the heart of this unique Delta, in a strategic position to go out and explore the surrounding area: the Ebro River, the Mediterranean Sea, coves, beaches, dunes, lagoons, reed beds, riparian forests, river islands, rice fields and more than 300 bird species, combined with the view of the mountains of Els Ports Natural Park, where you can go for mountain walks or the Via Verde cycle route on an old railway line with endless tunnels. Don't leave without enjoying the tranquility and the wide offer that this area has - cycling, sailing, kayaking, swimming, walking, bird watching, climbing (Roques de Benet) and delicious food, including between the mussel beds.
