The centre of Sitges is within walking distance. A pleasant town without mass tourism.
There is a direct connection by train and bus to the center of Barcelona and to the airport (about 40 minutes).
Groceries, going out, beach, shopping, nature: everything can be done on foot or by bike!
> The house has a large living/dining room and a spacious garden (with bbq).
The house is in a family friendly small community with swimming pool.
3 bedrooms: 2 with double bed and 1 with single bed + 1 extra bed.
Kitchen with all amenities. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, 2 neat bathrooms.
> Please note that there is no air conditioning. However, the house is always quite cool and there are very good fans.
> The community is very quiet and child-friendly. 12 homes, most of which are permanently inhabited. The pool is never full :)
> Bicycles can be arranged .
Cleaning is included. On request, cleaning can be provided 1x per week during the stay free of charge.
> The house is only rented during our own holiday for a minimum of 2 weeks.
We are very happy with our house and our good relationship with the neighbors and are therefore very selective in who we rent to. At least no groups!
