Ibiza style villa, very spacious and stylishly furnished in the hills near Sitges (Beach 15 min by car), between the vineyards of the Penedès and on the edge of the national park del Garraf. Distance Barcelona 45 km.
Car is necessary during your stay.
The villa is spacious, 250m2 , our children have grown up here and therefore we can also offer you a child-friendly house. The Mediterranean garden is fenced and the swimming pool has a secure fence (Babysecur).
It is removable on request.
It is also possible to install a stair gate.
Natural stone floors, no carpet. Pets not allowed.
The house is suitable for guests with allergies, but not wheelchair accessible.
The villa is only rented to couples and families. Groups of young people are not welcome as we value the tranquility of the beautiful natural surroundings and the privacy of our house.

Garden:
Can Tulipan has a Mediterranean garden (2 levels) with palm trees, Strelitzia trees, lavender, rosemary, citrus trees.
At the front is an artificial lawn with a large olive tree, more than a hundred years old.
There are 4 terraces/seating areas including a 100m2 main terrace which is connected to the living room/open kitchen with French doors.
In the main terrace is also the swimming pool (8x4 m) with salt electrolysis system and the barbeque.
There are plenty of shady spots around the house.
On the main terrace are 3 large umbrellas, large patio table, 8 chairs and 4 sunbeds by the pool. Teak garden furniture.
Ground floor:
Spacious entrance with stairs to the upper floor.
Bedroom 1: Surface 20m², double bed (160x200 cm), large antique wardrobe.
Private bathroom 7 m 2 with walk-in shower (rain shower), toilet and large sink.
Living room 70m 2 , wood stove. Access to the main terrace with swimming pool through patio doors.
Open kitchen (25m 2 with large 10m 2 , cooking island. High quality kitchen equipment (Siemens and Smeg). Large American fridge, 2 ovens, a combination with microwave, steam oven. Nespresso coffee machine. Kettle.
First floor:
Bedroom 2, 35m² master bedroom (Auping twin beds 200x210 cm) with wood burner and large built-in wardrobe. Sliding doors to balcony overlooking main terrace and pool.
Bedroom 3, 25m² with 2 separate beds (2 x 90x200 cm) that are pushed together. Another single bed (90x200 cm). Large built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 4, 13 m² with a single bed (90x200 cm) and large built-in wardrobe.
Bathroom 2, 10 m² with walk-in shower (Rainshower), bathtub and toilet.
Basement/Basement:
Here is an extra fridge with freezer, washing machine, dryer.
Activities:
Can Tulipan is located in a beautiful nature reserve, but a 15-minute drive from atmospheric Sitges with beautiful beaches, historic buildings, restaurants and entertainment options.
For those looking for a little more peace and quiet, the nature reserve Parc natural del Garraf and the wine region Penedès (Cava Freixenet, Codorniù among others) offer. Chocolate lovers should definitely pay a visit to Simon Coll in Sant Sadurní d`Anoia.
At 20 minutes walking distance from our house there is a traditional Catalan restaurant (Hostal les Piques), 5 minutes by car a very simple, but good restaurant Pa Torrat.
In the region are many sporting opportunities from hiking and cycling to paint ball and adventure park for the mountaineers among us.
