SANT POL DE MAR – AN OASIS OF PEACE CLOSE TO THE SENSATIONAL BARCELONA
Sant Pol de Mar is one of the few seaside resorts that has always managed to retain its authenticity and charm despite the growing tourism in Spain. The small Catalan fishing village mainly attracts many local tourists and artists who are inspired by the small streets, beautiful white houses and the beautiful surroundings.
It is also home to some great restaurants serving delicious local cuisine.
During the high season, the municipality organizes various activities in the village every week, such as a local agricultural market or a village festival with local musicians.

The house and surroundings:
Casa Feliz Del Mar is a cozy Mediterranean house, surrounded by the sea and the forest. Our house, perfect for couples, friends and families, has a beautiful garden from which you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea.
Our house is only a 4-minute walk from the beach and 9 minutes from the center of the cozy village. We have plenty of parking at the house and the train station "Sant Pol de Mar" is a 10-minute walk away. The train station has a good connection to Barcelona and Girona. National parks and forests are close by if you want to walk, cycle or do another outdoor activity.

When you stay with us, you have access to a complete house with a living room, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 wardrobes), a bathroom with shower and toilet and a kitchen with a washing machine, microwave, refrigerator (with freezer) and a Nespresso device. We have central heating throughout the house (if you come in the colder months). You also have an entrance, private terrace with a botanical garden and a small refreshing swimming pool. The swimming pool can be used from June to October. One of the bedrooms has the option to divide the double bed into two single beds.

The house has two floors where we live above with our two sweet cats Gizmo and Muski. The holiday accommodation is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance, so that you can enjoy all the above facilities and all the good things the area has to offer in complete privacy.
We are always up for a nice chat with our guests and are happy to advise you about activities in the area and, on request, also organize boat trips, city trips, Wine Tasting & Gastronomy, walks or cycling tours in the area.
