This is a family home, best suited for couples or families with children. This is not a home for groups of friends looking to party, we value the privacy of our home and the beautiful natural surroundings.

New (November 2016), tastefully decorated and modern holiday home with a beautiful swimming pool (with “playa” section and a Jetstream) and several sheltered terraces. The house stands on 950m2 of private land, high on a wooded hill and with no direct neighbours, so very private.

This villa offers you a lot of privacy and fantastic views over the hills of “Las Colinas”. Barcelona airport is only a 30 minute drive, the city of Barcelona itself (40 min) and also the beaches, restaurants and nightlife of Sitges (15 min) are nearby. Las Colinas is located near Olivella, a picturesque village on the border of the “Garraf”, a nature reserve which is perfect for walking, cycling, horse riding etc. The famous wine region “Penedes” is nearby.

On the first floor of the house you will find 2 spacious bedrooms (16m2), each with a large double bed (180 x 210cm, Auping beds and mattresses). The master bedroom has its own bathroom en-suite, completely newly equipped with a spacious walk-in shower with rain shower, toilet, towel radiator and double sink. The 2nd bathroom is identical in design and is located right next to the 2nd bedroom. Both bedrooms have ample closet space and a sitting area or desk.

The spacious living floor consists of a fully equipped open kitchen and 3 living areas, 1 of which can be used as an extra sleeping place for 2 people by using the luxurious, full-fledged sofa bed (140x200cm). There are 2 sitting areas, a large flat screen with satellite TV (NL/FR/ES/DE) and DVD/BluRay player. There is a large dining table with 6 chairs and a beautiful view. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi with good coverage in and around the house. The house has an alarm system for your safety and air conditioning. A washing machine and dryer is available.

The whole house is furnished with modern and luxurious furniture with a relaxed design look, to create a relaxed, cozy and stylish atmosphere for you.

In addition to the luxurious terrace around the private pool with sunbeds, outdoor table, umbrellas, family-size BBQ, etc., you have a gigantic roof terrace that allows you to enjoy the sun all year round. Sunbeds and a “FatBoy” hammock are at your disposal to enjoy the spectacular view.

The villa has a private parking area.

Deposit: There is a mandatory deposit of 500 euros, payable before check-in. This deposit will be refunded 7 days after check-out if no damage is found to the house and contents.
