Important to know
The two living areas of the villa are rented separately from each other. The whole villa is well insulated and low noise. Both parts have their own front door and are completely separated from each other. The pool and backyard are for communal use. Here you can enjoy your holiday and the beautiful view in peace.
What do you find?
View & comfort: Fantastic panoramic sea views from the apartment and garden. You have your own front door, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room with sitting area, TV and a spacious dining table with comfortable, mobile chairs. The pellet stove provides cozy warmth in the colder periods.
Bedrooms and bathrooms: The two double bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and excellent mosquito nets on the windows. Both bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Cooking & outdoor living: In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a 2-burner induction hob. In the garden is a large Hudson gas barbecue for communal use. Outside, you can enjoy your own dining table with comfortable chairs with an adjustable backrest, ideal for lounging or dining al fresco.
Garden & pool: For common use there is a lovely saltwater swimming pool (depth: 1.00m - 1.80m) with outdoor shower. The nice garden offers various cozy seating areas and lounge terraces.
For the children (and adults): Games, toys and various materials are available to give free rein to creativity. This is of course just as much fun for the 'grown-ups'! ;-)
Parking & charging: Free parking is available in front of the house. In consultation, you can charge your electric car at the charging station (at a rate of € 0.30 per kWh).
The area
Villa Contenta Canyelles is located in the Las Palmeras district of the beautiful village of Canyelles. For your daily shopping you can go to the Supermercat EuroSpar. In addition, the village offers several cozy eateries. The pizzas from QueenPizza are delicious and the bread from Fleca Bertran is very tasty. Every Sunday there is a cozy local market with lots of fresh vegetables.
Fun trips in the region
Vilanova i la Geltrú (approx. 10 minutes): Here you will find the sea, various beaches (including a special dog beach), cozy beach bars, the harbor and a lively boulevard with numerous restaurants. In the historic city centre you can enjoy shopping at artisan boutiques. For large groceries there are supermarkets such as Alcampo, Mercadona, Esclat, Aldi and Lidl.
Sitges (approx. 20 minutes): A beautiful and bustling old town, famous for its many entertainment venues, excellent restaurants and fine sandy beaches.
Cubelles & Calafell: Beautiful coastal towns with fine beaches (Cubelles also has a dog beach) less than half an hour's drive away.
Vilafranca del Penedès: Are you moving more inland? Then be sure to visit this region full of beautiful bodegas, where you can experience delicious wine and cava tastings.
Barcelona (30 to 60 minutes):Via the beautiful coastal road you can drive to the heart of Barcelona in less than an hour (via the faster toll road you can be there in 30 minutes). An absolute must is to take the bus or train from Vilanova or Sitges. In the city you can travel cheaply by metro, bus or taxi. The Hop-on/Hop-off bus (with two different routes) is a fantastic way to explore the city.
Tarragona: A trip by train or bus to Tarragona with its impressive Roman remains is also recommended. With the Hop-on/Hop-off train you can easily see the whole city (ideal with children!), although everything here is also easily accessible on foot.
