In our fantastic villa you can enjoy the tranquility of a rural environment that is also distinguished, 10 minutes from the center of Oviedo and 25 minutes from Gijón (beach).
Its location also allows us to enjoy the Las Caldas spa and the municipal golf course (18 holes), both 5 km away, in addition the enclave is surrounded by multiple routes both for walking and for running or cycling
It consists of two floors. Upstairs are the bedrooms, a suite with private bathroom, a toilet, a full bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and two living rooms, one of which is completely closed and as it is not a passage area to the rooms it works as another room, with a sofa bed for two people, the adjoining living room has a terrace overlooking the garden.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a full bathroom (with shower and bathtub), the laundry room and an access to the study.
The studio is a very versatile 70 square meter open space, suitable for yoga retreats or work meetings for example. It communicates directly with the backyard where the grill area is located with table, armchairs and large parasol where we also have the gazebo completely glazed, all surrounded by the garden full of fruit trees.
