In our fantastic villa you can enjoy the tranquility of a rural as well as distinguished environment, 10 minutes from the center of Oviedo and 25 minutes from Gijon (beach).
Its location also allows us to enjoy the Las Caldas spa and the municipal golf course (18 holes), both 5 km away. In addition, the enclave is surrounded by multiple routes for walking, running or cycling.
