Welcome to our attractive ranch, in the middle of the peace and quiet of the Spanish landscape. You have no less than 30,000 m² at your disposal, with about 300 almond trees, grapevines and delicious fresh figs that you can pick yourself in season. 🌿🍇
The house has 2 bedrooms (one bed of 160 cm and one of 140 cm) and 2 bathrooms. Outside you will find your own swimming pool of 5m2, plenty of parking space and a fully fenced area – so also ideal with children. 🏊♀️
Enjoy a 360° panoramic view of the beautiful Spanish countryside. The highway is only 200 meters away, making it very easy to reach us. Outside you can hear the road in the background, but inside it is wonderfully quiet. And to be honest: after a few hours you hardly notice the highway. 😉
We live nearby and are happy to help you if you have any questions. Our affectionate dog and cat also live here... And yes, the cat also keeps an eye on things! 🐕🐈
Vélez-Rubio is located in beautiful Los Vélez, in the north of the province of Almería. A surprisingly green and mountainous area, far away from mass tourism. The area is characterized by vast valleys, rugged mountains, almond groves and Mediterranean forests.
Nearby is the Parque Natural Sierra María-Los Vélez, more than 22,000 hectares in size. Here you will find beautiful hiking trails, deep gorges, vast pine forests and impressive mountain peaks. With a bit of luck, you will spot a golden eagle or other special birds of prey along the way. 🦅
The area is ideal for hiking, cycling, mountain biking, discovering nature and just enjoying the silence and the enormous view. The characteristic villages of Vélez-Blanco, María and Chirivel are also worth a visit.
And do you want to spend a day at the coast? From Vélez-Rubio, both the coast and cities such as Lorca and Murcia are easily accessible. In short: the perfect place for those who want to experience Spain from a different, authentic side.
