Brand new comfortable family apartment for up to 6 people, 200 m from the beach, with a shared private pool and great views of the bay of Torre Del Mar and surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on the 6th floor, in this new building (2023).

The apartment is extremely comfortable with a spacious living room, semi-open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony. All rooms have sea views and air conditioning (cold/warm and adjustable per room). You can park for free under the building in the reserved parking space.

The living room is comfortably furnished with a 3-seater sofa bed, 2 armchairs, digital TV and a ceiling fan. The round dining table for 4 people is extendable to 6 people and has a great view of the Mediterranean Sea.

Eating together is an important part of the holiday. That is why we have furnished the kitchen and dining area as completely as possible. The kitchen has all the equipment you need to enjoy your holiday luxuriously, such as a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine and hot milk suspenser, a water cooker, toaster and juice press. In addition, drinking water (cold/hot) is provided free of charge. A number of standard items are also available upon arrival, such as coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, salt/pepper. Dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, rubbish bags and toilet paper are also provided.

The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and private luxurious bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds that can easily be placed together to create a 2nd double bed.

All luxurious bed linen, duvets and pillows are provided. A third double bed can be created in the living room by converting the 3-seater sofa into a sleeping bed. The second bathroom can be shared. Towels, brand shampoo, shower gel and hand soap are provided. A hairdryer/straightener is also provided.

The apartment is fully equipped. Free WiFi (fiber optic) digital TVs, automatic blinds for the terrace, air conditioning/heating to be regulated per room, electronic shutters in the bedrooms, a ceiling fan in both bedrooms and living room, mood lighting can be determined by the various remote controls throughout the apartment. In addition, the apartment is extremely attractive and comfortably furnished.

In the separate laundry room you will find a new washing machine, iron and ironing board, a cordless vacuum cleaner and other cleaning accessories. Detergent is offered to you free of charge.

There is also a storage room where you can store things during your stay. In the storage room you will also find a handy cart to take to the beach and a paddle board that you can use.

The apartment is equipped with a digital lock that can be controlled via a mobile phone. Of course, regular keys and a remote control for access to the garage are also available.
