A cozy and attractive holiday apartment, equipped with all the comfort and luxury to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
The apartment has a private terrace with sea view and swimming pool. A comfortable living room and open kitchen with all utilities that belong in a modern kitchen. There is a bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. And a second bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom equipped with bathtub.
There is wifi and air conditioning. Hot/cold
Bed linen, towels, pool/beach towels and poolside sun loungers are included in the price.
Pets are not allowed.
Nearby there is a Mercadona (10 minutes walking distance)
A car is not necessary on site.
Please note that construction work is currently underway in the area. In the summer period, these are greatly reduced, but nuisance remains possible. That's why we've lowered our prices.
Next to the apartment you can use the swimming pool and playground.
For longer term rental (> 1 month) there is a possibility to use the underground parking.
In accordance with local law, personal data must be transferred to the competent Spanish authorities.

Please respect the check-in and check-out times to give the people responsible for the final cleaning the necessary time.
Please respect the private spaces provided.
General smoking ban. Outside, the cigarette butts extinguish in the ashtrays provided.
Throw waste in the bins and take it to the municipal waste containers yourself.
It is not allowed to hang clothes or towels over the glass balustrade of the balcony to dry.
The opening hours of the swimming pool and playground are 10:00-22:00.
Food is not allowed at the pool, nor in the playground.
No parties, events or excessive noise pollution.
Respect the peace and quiet of the fellow residents. Especially between 15:30 and 17:00.
