Casa Siete Arcos is located about a kilometer from the built-up area of Sedella.
Sedella is one of the white villages of the Axarquia at 700 meters above sea level. The Axarquia is the mountain area east of Malaga and bordering the Sierra Nevada. Sedella is of Moorish origin and you can see that clearly in the architecture. You can walk beautifully up to an altitude of 2000 meters. The many unpaved roads are beautiful mountain biking. The distance to the sea is about 35 minutes. Sedella has a small supermarket, a restaurant and a café with a terrace on the church square.
Casa Siete Arcos consists of two floors, of which the ground floor is rented out. The upper floor contains the owner's bedroom and bathroom and is only used by him when there are no tenants. The lower floor consists of a sitting room en suite with a dining room, a modern fitted kitchen with all appliances, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a patio, a porch, terraces on three sides of the house, a swimming pool and a beautiful spacious garden. All rooms have air-conditioning. The tenants have absolute privacy.
The view is 360 degrees. On the north side is the majestic Maroma, on the south side you can see the sea, and, if it is very clear, even Africa on the other side of the Mediterranean.
In the evening, at sunset, you can enjoy the colors of the fading rows of mountains in the west.
