There are 3 bedrooms and 2 newly renovated bathrooms. The spacious kitchen is adjacent to the central terrace. Both inside and outside there are several nice places to relax, including a plunge pool with massage jets and a waterfall. Guests have the entire house at their disposal. The house is located in the village of Sedella, central yet wonderfully quiet and with lots of privacy.

Hi, I'm Syl. I live with Jonathan and my 2 children in the Netherlands, but I often try to be in our Casa Limonero. When we are not in Sedella, we rent out the house so that others can also enjoy this nice place. We have furnished the house with great care with the idea that our guests feel just as at home as we do when we are there.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
