Casa Paraiso d'Oliva

This spacious casa is located in the mountains of Axarquia.
Where you can enjoy beautiful views of the hills and the sea in different places in the garden under an olive tree or on the roof terrace. Just a 45-minute drive from Malaga, a 15-minute drive to the beach of Torre del Mar. And within walking distance of the white village of Sayalonga. 

The casa is equipped for six people. With 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The conservatory offers extra space in all seasons with great views. The open kitchen has an induction hob and an oven. A good espresso machine. And enough crockery etc. for 6 people. The large fridge and freezer can be filled with delicacies that you can buy at the mercadona a 20-minute drive away or the small shops in Sayalonga within walking distance (downhill uphill). The swimming pool provides a wonderful cooling in the summer. While the various terraces offer enough space for a long dinner.

We live and work in Hilversum and come to our house in Spain a few times a year to work, walk, eat good food and enjoy the Spanish sun and the Spanish pace. Because this is such a fantastic place, we decided to rent out so that other people can enjoy it too.

Cancellation Policy:
  • Free cancellation up to 6 weeks before departure.
  • In case of cancellation within 6 weeks, you pay 40% of the total sum.
  • In case of cancellation within 2 weeks, you pay 60% of the total sum.
  • Cancellation is no longer possible within 2 weeks.
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.

Because we do not rent our Casa to young people, we would like to receive the names and ages and passport/id details of the people with whom you want to stay in the casa during this period. In Spain, you are obliged to pass on this information to the Guardia Civil.

Pets are not allowed.
Not suitable for children under 8 years due to depth (not screened) pool.
Parties and events in and around the villa are not allowed.

Additional information

The white village is a 10-minute walk down and you can walk back in 20 minutes anar de casa. There is a small supermarket and two restaurants on the square.
Sayalonga
This somewhat larger white village is a 2-minute drive away. There is also a beautiful 2 1/2 hour hike through the mountains after which you can return by bus after a nice lunch.
Competa
This is a nature reserve near Canais de Aceituno which is a beautiful hiking area.
