Layout and facilities
This luxury modern villa has 4 bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom, a heated swimming pool and on-site parking for 2 cars. Upon entering the villa you will be surprised by the tasteful light, spacious living room with open kitchen, transparent steps and a spacious, bright loft. The modern, sleekly designed kitchen has a functional cooking island and is equipped with an induction hob, an oven, microwave, an American fridge and a sink. Terrace and swimming pool
Sliding glass doors have been installed across the entire width of the living room and kitchen, so that the indoor and outdoor spaces function as one. On the terrace you will find a spacious dining table, a comfortable lounge set and sunbeds for 8 people. There is also a modern BBQ, so you can choose to cook your dishes outside. The terrace silently merges into a luxurious infinity pool of 10 m x 4 m. The pool can be heated in winter and a mobile fence can be placed around the pool so that small children cannot reach the water. The terrace provides access to a separate outdoor toilet. The terrace offers a spectacular view of the wide surroundings of the Costa Tropical, the Mediterranean Sea, the mountains of the Alpujarras and the lovely white village of Salobreña with the impressive Moorish castle on top that is beautifully illuminated at night.  

Bedrooms and bathrooms
Villa SONRISA has four bright bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, two of which are on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Two bedrooms have a king size bed (one on each floor) and two bedrooms have two individual beds. The luxurious bathrooms each have a double sink, rain shower and toilet and two bathrooms have a bath and bidet. There is a guest toilet on the ground floor. On the loft is a spacious two-seater sofa, which can also serve as an extra bed. The bedrooms all have a full-width glass façade that gives access to a terrace, so you can enjoy the spectacular sunrise in the morning and the romantically lit castle of Salobreña in the evening and the thousands of dancing lights in the wide surroundings. In the basement of the villa is the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The villa has an integrated cold and heat air conditioning, which can be operated in every room. The villa has fiber optic internet and the SMART TV provides you with access to a large number of international TV channels. Villa SONRISA is quietly located on a cul-de-sac. The villa has an enclosed garden with a parking area for 2 cars, which gives direct access to the front door of the villa.

Recreaction area Monte de los Almendros
Villa SONRISA is located on the beautiful hill Monte de los Almendros. The communal recreation area is a 2-minute drive away. Guests can make free use of the tennis court, swimming pool, children's pool and small playground, a small football field and a simple restaurant (during the summer months). A little lower up the hill is the padel court.

Location
The beach, the old town of Salobreña, the restaurants and shops are less than a 10-minute drive away. The airports of Malaga, Granada and Almeria are within easy reach and are about an hour's drive away.
