In the summer months we offer our unique, relaxing villa for rent.
The villa has air conditioning, luxurious décor, a private pool and beautiful views. There are three separate bedrooms, a bathroom with WC and a bathroom with a separate WC. Furthermore, there is a kitchen with everything you need, a spacious dining area, a work area and a spacious living room. There are four different TVs with Netflix subscription in the house for when you prefer to sit inside.
Luxury sunbeds can be found by the pool and several sitting areas have been created around the house. For fun and late hours, there is a pellet stove in the house.
From the villa it is less than five minutes down the mountain to the village of Riogordo. From there you can be in Malaga in half an hour, at the beaches, at the outlet or at the airport. Our idea was to create a luxury villa with all the comforts, but with a cozy atmosphere in the middle of a beautiful Spanish environment. Included in the rental costs:
- Use of two air conditioners
- Use of swimming pool with biweekly maintenance
- Use of towels and bed linen
- Use of heating material for the pellet stove
- Use of the Cortijo's Netflix account
- Use of the Internet
- Cot (up to 3 years) possible as an extra sleeping place.
Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for people with walking difficulties or who are disabled. For people with children, we recommend that you accompany them at all times.
