Our SPACIOUS and BRIGHT apartment ( ^55m2 ) is located on the ground floor of a quiet, residential urbanization with fantastic sea views that you can enjoy from the large private terrace ( ^50m2 !!) or from the spacious, modern living room with open plan kitchen. Free WIFI.

The bedroom with double bed (160x200) also offers access to the same terrace and also offers a view of the sea and mountains. Wonderful to see the sun rise in the morning with a coffee from the bed!

The bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet, sink and bidet.
Bed-bath-kitchen linen included.

During the summer months you can use the swimming pool in the communal garden.
There is free private parking in the underground car park (elevator available) or on the ground floor in the open air, within the walls of the urbanization. Camera surveillance.

The apartment is located on a hill, 3 km from the charming village of Benagalbon, 5 km from Rincon de la Victoria, 5 km from the beach, 16 km from Malaga.
Public transport at 1.5 km but a car is recommended.

We are Kathleen and Fernando, a Belgian-Spanish couple with a love for peace and nature, living in the region. Explanation of prices

The price includes: energy consumption, bed, bath and kitchen linen

Cancellation policy:
If the tenant cannot, does not want or will not use the rented property on the agreed date
accept, he must immediately inform the landlord of this by email.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 3 weeks before the start date
rental period, he remains liable for 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation from 3 weeks to the day before
start date of the rental period, 50%.
If the tenant only communicates on the start date or during the rental period, he or she will no longer be able to use it
to make the rented property, he remains liable for the full rental price.
