Welcome to the holiday home "Samarkanda". It is located in a quiet residential area of ??an authentic Andalusian village on the Mediterranean coast. Málaga is a fifteen minute drive.
Samarkanda is an independent house with three bedrooms is well suited for 5 people.
The upper floor has a large double bedroom, a bathroom with toilet, bath / shower and a roof terrace.
The first floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and shower, a large living room and a closed balcony.
The ground floor has a large kitchen and a dining room that connect to the large garden.
The rooms have air conditioning and heating. Other conveniences have also been thought, there is a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer. The sanitary facilities are of course in good order and hygienic.
The kitchen is fully equipped for five people, including cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. There is an electric cooker (4x), a combi microwave / oven and a fridge with freezer.
The linen for the five sleeping places, towels and kitchen linen is provided.
There is ample free parking nearby.
At 5 min. Walk you will find the spacious beach with outdoor showers and a boulevard with terraces and restaurants. For water sports enthusiasts, canoes and stand-up paddleboards are available for rent.
Nearby are shops selling local produce, such as Iberian meats, wine and artisan bread. There is a good supermarket and an ATM machine within walking distance. The Spanish evening life with bars and restaurants is abundant.
The people are very friendly, but speak little English. But with gestures you come far!
There are plenty of interesting things to see and do in the area. We can advise because one of the owners lives next door and speaks Dutch and French (and Spanish!).
