Welcome to Casa Feliz,

In a quiet urbanization not far from Fuengirola, this lovely place is located in the Spanish sun. An attractive holiday home of over 150 m2 of living space, surrounding terraces and of course a private swimming pool. A house adjacent to a nature reserve that gives you a beautiful view of the mountains and villages such as the white Mijas Pueblo. And with a bit of luck, you will be visited by the horses grazing in the nature reserve at the end of the day.

The holiday home is spacious and high ceilings make the house look even more spacious.

The various terraces with seats and sunbeds are located around the house, so there is always a sun or shade place somewhere. What do you choose? BBQ with a view of the mountains or rather the other terrace with the evening sun?

In the urbanization you can use the communal swimming pool and tennis court.

Casa Felix is very centrally located. Just a 10 minute drive away is Fuengirola where all the major supermarkets, shopping mall and restaurants are. Prefer to go to the big cities? Both Marbella and Malaga are 25 minutes by car. Golf enthusiasts are also in the right place here. This area has many golf courses. The nearest one is 5 minutes by car.

Marbella: 25 minutes by car
Malaga: 25 minutes by car
Ronda: 1 hour
Seville: 1.5 hours

Good to know:
Casa Feliz is a split-level villa and is therefore less suitable for guests with walking difficulties.
And young people who like to have a (noisy) party in the sun: unfortunately. This holiday home does not lend itself to that.

For the past four years, I have been the owner of this paradise. I love coming here; It gives me peace of mind and the ultimate holiday feeling. This is due to the place and the comfort of the house. If I want to look for the hustle and bustle, I am very quickly on the beach or in the two major cities of Malaga or Marbella, where Casa Feliz is located exactly in between.

I would like to share this nice house with you. However, I would like to ask you to be careful about this so that we can enjoy it together for a long time.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 4 months before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
Cancellation 4 to 3 months before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation 3 to 2 months before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than two months before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

Rent is understood to mean the total amount due, rent for the villa and rental additional services.
