In a quiet urbanization (Cerros del Aguila) not far from Fuengirola, this lovely place is located in the Spanish sun. An attractive holiday home of over 150 m2 of living space, terraces around and of course a private swimming pool. A house adjacent to a nature reserve that gives you a beautiful view of the mountains and villages such as the white Mijas Pueblo. And with a bit of luck, you will get a visit from the horses grazing in the nature reserve at the end of the day.
The holiday home is spacious and the high ceilings make the house look even more spacious.
The various terraces with seats and sunbeds are located around the house, so there is always a sun or shade spot somewhere. What do you choose? BBQ with a view of the mountains or rather the other terrace with the evening sun?
In addition, you can use the communal swimming pool & tennis court in the urbanization.

Casa Feliz is very centrally located. Just a 10-minute drive away is Fuengirola where all the major supermarkets, shopping mall and restaurants are. Prefer to go to the big cities? Both Marbella and Malaga are 25 minutes by car. Golf enthusiasts are also in the right place here. This area has many golf courses. The nearest is 5 minutes by car.

Good to know:
Casa Feliz is a split-level villa and is therefore less suitable for guests who have difficulty walking. And young people who would like to have a (noisy) party in the sun: unfortunately. This holiday home does not lend itself to that.
