A very cosy, pet friendly village house (sleeps 4) in the heart of Periana. This picturesque village is the perfect base from which to explore the authentic essence of Andalusia.

In the charming whitewashed village of Periana, a cozy village house in the heart of the old city center awaits you: Rinconcito de Conchi . Quietly located and within walking distance of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries, this house offers a retreat for those who want to experience authentic Spanish life.

This cottage has been lovingly decorated by Antonio and Inke, to welcome guests who appreciate its cozy originality and feel the love for life in a typical Andalusian village and its indescribably beautiful natural surroundings.

Step inside a bright and original ground floor, decorated with beautiful tiles and typical elements. The living room integrates harmoniously with an open kitchen, equipped with modern conveniences such as an induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

A cozy living room with a Smart TV and chaise longues invites you to relax, while a lovely patio (a nice place to sit at the end of a wonderful holiday day) invites you for a delicious aperitif. A bathroom with bath/shower/bidet/toilet and a laundry room with washing machine offer practical comfort.Ç

On the first floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe and a second bedroom with two single beds (can also function as a double bed) and its own wardrobe. We offer our guests a restful and comfortable night's sleep.
A balcony with chairs provides a place to enjoy the fresh air, while a small lounge in the hallway can serve as a reading corner. On this floor there is a separate toilet.

This house also welcomes your animal friends (we provide food bowls and a basket), and the safety barriers on the stairs ensure safety for children and animals.

Rinconcito de Conchi may not be a large luxury accommodation, but promises an intensive experience of the typical Spanish lifestyle.
Periana is surrounded by nature, with spectacular mountains to the north and the beautiful Lake Viñuela to the south, making it a paradise for walkers and cyclists.
Explore the rich history with nearby prehistoric settlements such as Periana Cerro de Capellanía, El Fuerte, Llano de la Matanza, Rio Seco and Cerro Alcolea.
Two kilometers north, the Baños de Vilo with their restored Moorish baths can add a unique touch of medical relief and revitalization to your stay.

All Andalusia's tourist attractions are within easy reach on a day trip, and if you want to spend a day by the sea, the award-winning beach of Torre del Mar is just 40km away. For walking enthusiasts: the Gran Senda de Málaga runs right past El Rinconcito the Conchi and the beautiful El Sentillo hiking trail, which is not yet too touristy, with hanging bridges and waterfalls, starts 25 km from our house - a true discovery! (And for your convenience, we have backpacks and Nordic Walking poles available upon request for a small fee.)
