The first thing you see is the view and the mountains. The large garden is fenced. You have a beautiful terrace with private pool.
The large terraces are equipped with sun loungers, chairs and lounge chairs, garden table and chairs, BBQ.
Inside is a large lounge with comfortable seats, large screen TV, a large dining table with 6 luxurious chairs. Everything is on the ground floor, there is air conditioning everywhere. To be arranged separately per room.
The large kitchen has just about everything you could wish for, 2 refrigerators, including a machine to make ice cubes.
There are 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms.
There is a separate laundry room with washing machine.
Smoking not allowed, pets not allowed.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
