At the end of the road, an electric gate gives you access to this intimate private domain. There is a parking for 3 cars. There are no neighbors in the area.
This house is hidden between 2 villages, both 15 minutes away. Montefrio has a beautiful castle and a church that are special for Spain that are worth seeing. In addition, there are several viewpoints here that give you a beautiful view of the surroundings. There are several restaurants, bars and shops. In Algarinejo there is the possibility to eat out chic.
The luxury villa is carefully furnished and very comfortable with 3 bedrooms, spacious lounge with large TV screen where you can enjoy Amazon Music, dining room, open kitchen with many extras such as an ice maker, two cooling costs and various other appliances to prepare a delicious meal and 2 bathrooms. There is air conditioning in all rooms that can be controlled with a central system.
The porch at the front of the house is adjacent to the lovely swimming pool from which you have a fantastic view of the mountains and valleys. At the pool you will find a lovely covered lounge set. Also on the veranda you will find a lovely lounge sofa with a ceiling fan. The veranda can be fully screened with an awning curtains fitted with mosquito netting.
The spacious terrace has 6 comfortable sun loungers, dining tables, an outdoor BBQ and a sink. There is also a paella gas burner and pan so you can make your own paella.
The private garden is fully fenced and invites you to take a walk. You will find several seating areas where you can sit in the sun or not.
There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine, drying rack and detergents.
Smoking is not allowed and pets are not welcome here.
