If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail. The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation within 60 days before the start of the rental period: entire rental price.
