In February 2025, we (Manuel and Melissa) made our dream come true: we moved to sunny Santa María de Nieva, a charming village in the municipality of Huércal-Overa, Spain. What was a wish for years has now become reality: our own Bed & Breakfast in the country where we always felt at home. Spain was our favorite holiday destination for years. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy

Are you unexpectedly unable to use your reservation? Please let us know as soon as possible by e-mail.

Up to 4 weeks before the arrival date: 30% of the total rental price will be charged.

From 2 weeks to the day of arrival: 50% of the rental price is due.

In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or during the stay: 100% of the rental price remains due.

 Good to know: if there is availability at another time, you can move your booking to another date free of charge.

Deposit upon reservation: 50% of the total rent

 Remaining amount: to be paid no later than 2 weeks before arrival
