El Sueño Blanco is a luxury villa, located in a residential area on Monte los Almendros (Mountain of the Almonds) in Salobreña, an hour's drive from Malaga.
A system has been installed to heat the pool water (all year round!). The house is located in a quiet street (cul-de-sac) and offers an ideal calm place to relax and enjoy holidays.
Very special for a house on the Monte is the fact that the entire living space is situated on one level, which is convenient for the elderly.
In 2017, an extra private apartment was built on the upper terrace which is not rented out.
On the same level as the terrace, you can find the 12 m heated infinity pool and a tropical garden. In the pool you really have the impression of swimming in the sea. There is no chlorine in the water. Disinfection is done with salt electrolysis.
From the wide (partially covered) south-facing terraces, you can look out over the old town of Salobreña and the Moorish castle and get spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, the hills of the Alpujarras (foothills of the Sierra Nevada) and the beach of Salobreña.
Outdoor furniture, barbecue (gas barbecue) in the outdoor kitchen with table and chairs will make it easier to adapt to the southern way of life.
Behind the kitchen is a small terrace with a hammock from which you have a private rock view.
Another terrace is located one level below the main terrace, with a pool table and banana trees in the side garden.
At the end of the street where the house is located you look out on the mountains of the Sierra Nevada that are often still covered with snow from November to May.
In the winter season, one can ski in the mountains less than an hour's drive away, making this peaceful location exceptional in the world: skiing in the morning and eating calamari on the beach in the afternoon!
The white color predominates in the finish of the interior and the exterior. The owner was responsible for the interior design and created an oasis of beauty.
From every room one can be impressed by the blue sea and the view of the sky.
The villa is not suitable for children under 16 years old and pets are not allowed.
The modern kitchen is equipped with an American fridge (Siemens), cooking island with induction hob, oven, microwave, wine cooler 12 B, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and has a built-in audio system + Smart TV.
The large living and dining room with white leather salon, has high ceilings (6m) and on warmer summer days a cooling breeze can be made by opening small windows from the inner patio, which offer a view of a large cactus tree.
The house is equipped with all modern amenities such as air conditioning heating/cooling in the kitchen, living and dining room and the three bedrooms. There is a remote controlled gas fireplace for the cooler winter evenings in the salon. You can listen to a surround HiFi Sonos system that allows you to hear music from all over the world, as well as your own streamed music from your mobile (the app can be downloaded from the site: (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) /).
A satellite TV with HD-OLED curved TV is available, and WIFI internet access via fiber optic (also with internet TV).
Behind the house is a tropical cactus garden between the rocks.
The villa is accessible by car and a garage for two cars can be used as well as a parking space near the garden. In the garage there is a 3-phase 400 V charging point for an electric car (Mennekens type 2).
Our tenants also have access to a newly constructed petanque field and padel court as well as a tennis court, mini football, community pool and basketball training court.
All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and large double beds, two of which can be made up as twin beds. There are reading LEDs on each side of the beds. Mattresses and bed linen are of top quality. Each of these rooms offers a wide view of the sea.
The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a spacious double bath, toilet, walk-in shower and two sinks. It has a view of a second built-in patio.
Near the hallway to the bedrooms is another toilet and a bathroom with two sinks and walk-in shower. Hairdryers are provided in both bathrooms.
All bedrooms have a Smart TV, USB connection ports for electronic equipment and a desk. In the master bedroom there is also a minibar.
