The apartment has a covered outdoor terrace of over 20 m2 with electrically operated shutters and blinds. From this terrace you have both a view of the mountains and the sea. It is about 40 minutes by car from Malaga airport. The apartment is equipped with an elevator with which you can go to your own private parking in the parking basement. Here you will also find the storage room with, among other things, beach chairs and umbrellas.
From the apartment you can walk to the Mediterranean Sea in 5 minutes and to the boulevard of both Torrox-Costa and El Morche in 10 minutes. Here you will find several restaurants and bars right on the beach. There is also a small supermarket in the immediate vicinity. The large supermarket is about 2 km from the apartment.
