The private land of 1500m², with pine trees, garden and a cypress fence of more than 2.5m, guarantees total privacy to read, disconnect and enjoy the authentic Andalusian lifestyle.
All-Season Indoor Comfort, The 120m² house is designed for your comfort. It has two cozy bedrooms, a full bathroom and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your own meals. Thanks to high-speed WiFi, you can make video calls with your family or watch your favorite series on Smart TVs, thanks to Netfilx. The house has air conditioning (hot/cold) and electric radiators to ensure a perfect temperature, either in summer or for a longer stay in winter (overwinteren).
Your Private Outdoor Paradise, The exterior is the jewel of the house. Enjoy its large private swimming pool (open from May to the end of October) and relax in the jacuzzi, the use of which is included in the price all year round. The BBQ area is perfect for alfresco dining under the stars. The land is fully fenced, guaranteeing your privacy.
