🌿 Casa Repisa – peace, space and views in Cómpeta
Casa Repisa is a quietly located villa in the hills above Cómpeta, where you can enjoy space, privacy and beautiful views of the sea and mountains. From here you can discover Andalusia at its best – on foot, by bike, relaxing by the pool or on a trip to the beach or a historic city. In winter, even skiing in the Sierra Nevada is possible.
The villa is located above the village on a mountainside, surrounded by peace and nature. On the spacious sun-drenched terrace you will find several cozy sitting areas and natural shade. The attractive center of Cómpeta is only a ten-minute walk away.
The property consists of two separate parts: a main house and a smaller, self-contained unit.
The main house has a spacious living room with wood stove and a workplace – ideal for combining work and vacation. Heating is possible via the pellet stove and/or wood stove. There is also a kitchen with separate dining area.
Upstairs there are three air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious hall and a covered balcony with beautiful sea views.
The second unit features its own living room with open kitchen and a wood stove for heating. On the upper floor are three bedrooms (without air conditioning) and a bathroom.
When renting to more than eight guests, this area is also opened up, so that a second kitchen can be used.
The swimming pool (approx. 8 × 4 m) is located on a lower level and offers a magnificent view of the mountains. The entrance can be closed with a gate – extra safe for children – and accessible via a staircase downstairs.
The pool can be heated to approximately 24 °C in spring and autumn; The costs are € 35 per week and heating is available on request. Around the pool is a spacious terrace with sun loungers and seating areas, where you can enjoy the sun, the view and the silence.
When renting to a maximum of six guests, the second unit remains closed; The grounds, pool and terraces are then completely private.
For more than six guests, a surcharge of €10 to €15 per person per night will be charged, depending on the season.
Casa Repisa is largely powered by solar energy and has a home battery, so that sustainable electricity is also available in the evening. All air-conditioned rooms can both cool and heat, making the house comfortable in any season.
There is parking for at least three cars, and the villa is easily accessible via a tarmac mountain road. From Málaga airport, Cómpeta can also be reached by bus. The coast is about 15 km away, easily accessible by car.
