The Finca is fully installed with air conditioning for the hot and not so hot days
In a unique place of 4200 m2 in the middle of nature 25 km northeast of Malaga, just outside the village of Colmenar and close to the coast is holiday home "Finca Nirvana" on the mountainside. Equipped with many luxuries with internet and wifi. The newly built Finca stands between special cities such as Malaga, Ronda, Cordoba, Granada and Seville. The village of Colmenar is located on the edge of the Montes de Malaga nature reserve. The surrounding villages include Casabermega, Comares, Riogordo and Solano. The Mediterranean Sea is 14 km away from the house as the crow flies and for a day at the beach you can go to beautiful seaside resorts such as Torremolinos, Torre del Mar, Rincon de la Victoria, Nerja, Marbella and of course the beautiful beaches of Malaga.
You are sure of all the comfort you can expect from a luxury home. A very spacious cozy living room with open kitchen with all appliances, dishwasher and a striking Smeg fridge with freezer.
On the ground floor there is also a spacious bedroom with ceiling fan & air conditioner and a luxurious bathroom with double sink and spacious walk-in shower. There is also a cozy good wood stove and a stereo hi-fi system with bluetooth for streaming your own music, and we also have a wide range of music.
On the upper floor there is another spacious bedroom with air conditioning. There is also a mezzanine (open upper floor and air conditioner) with a double sofa bed.
Here is also the LCD TV installation via a Chrome cabinet for your own streaming.
There is a washing machine, load capacity 8 kg
There is a wide selection of about 150 to 200 pieces of Dutch books in our library.
In the house there are various art paintings and photos by national and international famous artists, these are for sale and prices are on request.
Directly from the house is a large partially covered terrace with lounge sofas, outdoor table and chairs. There is also a seating area on the shady side of the house so that there is always a choice for sun or shade. A beautiful large built-in swimming pool is available 10 x 4 meters with a beautiful terrace around it with some lovely sunbeds and a sitting area with various umbrellas. In the autumn / winter period there is a lovely wood-fired hot tub. The village of Colmenar is a 10-minute drive away where you can find all the shops and entertainment that is desirable. There are several cozy restaurants, tapas bars, supermarket, bakery, butcher, fish shop etc. Colmenar has a medical center that is open day and night.
By car from the village of Colmenar you drive towards Solano. After about 5 km you continue via a (partly) unpaved road through the Montes de Malaga (dirt road partially) and after about 1500 meters the Finca is in a nice quiet place in the middle of nature on a land area of 4200 m2 full of olive, almond trees, oleanders, citrus trees and other fruit trees.
