Finca Nirvana is located in the middle of beautiful and worth seeing cities such as Malaga, Ronda, Cordoba, Granada, Seville and the Sierra Nevada and beautiful sandy beaches. With private swimming pool 10 x 4 meters and wood-fired hot tub for romantic wellness even in the less warm months. (Hot tub to be used from September to June) this because of the heat and fire hazard.

The Finca is fully installed with split air conditioning/underfloor heating for the cool days when it is needed. There is also a lovely large wood stove for the cooler moments that Spain also has.
In a unique place of 4200 m2 in the middle of nature 25 km northeast of Malaga, just outside the village of Colmenar and close to the coast is our holiday home "Finca Nirvana" against the mountainside.
Montes de Malaga is a protected nature reserve and is a UNESCO site.
This is a lovely walking area with many vines and a botanical garden.
The surrounding villages include Casabermega, Comares, Riogordo and Solano. The Mediterranean Sea is about 14 km away from the house as the crow flies and for a day at the beach you can go to beautiful seaside resorts such as Torremolinos, Torre del Mar, Rincon de la Victoria, Nerja, Marbella and of course the beautiful beaches of Malaga.
There is also plenty of delicacies for the inner man.
You are sure of all the comfort you can expect from a luxury home. A very spacious cozy living room with a modern open kitchen with all appliances, induction hob, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher and a striking Smeg fridge with freezer.
On the ground floor there is also a spacious bedroom with ceiling fan & air conditioner, TV with standard Netflix, a luxurious bathroom with double sink and spacious walk-in shower. There is also a cozy good wood stove and hi-fi system with bluetooth for streaming your own music, we also have a wide range of music.
On the upper floor there is another spacious bedroom with split air conditioner. There is also a mezzanine (open upper floor with split air conditioner) with a double relaxing / sofa bed.
Here is also the Lcd smart TV installation via a Chrome cabinet for its own streaming on which Netflix can be watched by default.

There is a wide range of Dutch books in our library cabinet.
In the house there are various art paintings and photos by national and international famous artists and photographers, these are for sale and prices are on request from the owner.
Directly from the house is a large partially covered terrace with lounge sofas, outdoor table and chairs. There is also a seating area on the shady side of the house so that there is always a choice for sun or shade.
A beautiful large built-in swimming pool is available 10 x 4 meters with a beautiful terrace around it with some lovely sunbeds and a sitting area with various umbrellas.
The village of Colmenar is a 12-minute drive away where you can find all the shops and entertainment that is desirable.
There are several cozy restaurants, tapas bars, supermarket, bakery, butcher and fish shop.
Restaurant Flores in Colmenar is highly recommended and Marc and Madelon's Finca Elements in Comares is also an experience.

Colmenar has a medical center that is open day and night.
Seen by car from the village of Colmenar, drive towards Solano.
After about 5 km you continue via a (partly) unpaved road through the Montes de Malaga and after about 1500 meters the Finca is in a nice quiet place in the middle of nature where there is plenty of peace and quiet with beauty of olive, almond trees, oleanders, citrus trees and other special trees and plants.
For safety the house is equipped with smoke and fire detectors, along with a CO detector,
fire extinguishers, first aid kit and AED.
There is also camera surveillance, which is disabled when rented out due to the privacy law.
