The villa is just a 5-minute drive up the mountain and 20 minutes from the beach in Torre del Mar. The villa is surrounded by fruit trees and colorful flowers and plants, with beautiful views of La Maroma peak, this is the highest point in the province of Malaga with 2,068 m altitude.The spaceThe villa has a variety of spaces, an outdoor barbecue at the swimming pool and is completely secluded in the mountains.

From the hall you enter the living room with fireplace, the kitchen with all appliances, a separate dining room, two bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds) and a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower.

Above;

Here you first arrive at a beautiful veranda (where you can enjoy a cooling breeze in the shade in the summer). There is also a large bedroom (with two single beds) and a large bathroom with bath and toilet.

Outside;

Here you can enjoy the saltwater swimming pool, the terraces, the BBQ and the garden. There is enough space to park 3 cars and access to the plot can be closed with a gate. Furthermore, the garden is completely fenced.
