Just a 25-minute drive from Malaga Airport, in the middle of bustling Marbella and Fuengirola (both a 15-minute drive) you will find our lovely Townhouse in a small, gated, quiet urbanization of a total of 11 townhouses.

Thanks to its three bedrooms, Casa La Fuente Nueve offers plenty of space and privacy for 4 adults, with extra sleeping space for children in the bunk room. 

The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds (which can be joined together) and the third bedroom has a bunk bed.

Ideal for families looking for a great vacation spot! Camping cot and high chair are available. 

But of course also suitable for workations, a weekend away and hibernating! 

With a spacious communal swimming pool, several terraces, a beautiful large garden and handy amenities nearby, you will immediately feel at home here on the Costa del Sol.

Whether you enjoy a delicious cup of coffee in the front or back garden in the morning, or relax with a glass of wine on the roof terrace in the evening, you will always find a place in or out of the sun. 

From the roof terrace you can admire the mountains of Calahonda or look out over the sea which is within walking distance. The pool is just a few steps away from your terrace. From here you can perfectly see your children in the pool. 

The house is equipped with air conditioning (cold + hot) in all areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a large smart TV and wifi via a fiber optic connection.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, juicer, toaster, combi oven/microwave and a large fridge-freezer. 

Calahonda offers plenty of activities and attractions for a fantastic holiday! Enjoy the many beautiful beaches and beach clubs nearby. Luna Beach is within walking distance.

Nearby you can play padel, tennis, golf or even a crossfit lesson. In addition, supermarkets, shops and other amenities are conveniently close by.

The location of Calahonda is child-friendly, with several water parks (Aquamijas, Aqualand Torrelemolinos) nearby and Waterparks on the water in Fuengirola, Benalmaldena and Puerto Banus. 

12 min walk to the beach (Luna Beach) - from here you can walk to Cocoa Beach, Marbella in 10 minutes on the boardwalk along the beach .

Since June 2023 we have been the proud owner of Casa La Fuente Nueve. Together with our family, we enjoy it to the fullest! Unfortunately, we can only be in Spain for a limited number of weeks, which is why we like to share our house in the intervening weeks :)

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.
