Lovingly furnished, this charming holiday home has 3 comfortable bedrooms and capacity for 4 people as well as a cozy living-dining room with fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen.

A full bathroom and a toilet complete the home. It also has a wonderful terrace, barbecue and private parking. All rooms have views of the countryside. Numerous hiking, mountain biking and horse riding trails are just steps from the accommodation. In addition to an incredibly beautiful natural landscape, Aracena has a lot to offer: small, cute shops with regional crafts, traditional bars and restaurants, a weekly market (on Saturdays), the Grotto of Wonders, supermarkets and much more.

After a pleasant walk you can eat in one of the fantastic traditional restaurants or cook yourself in your own kitchen with views of nature. Then enjoy the evening with a glass of wine on the terrace or the magic of the fire in the living room fireplace.

Explanation of prices

You can cancel for free up to 14 days before your arrival date.
If the tenant wishes to cancel the reservation for any reason, he must always confirm this to the owner by email (even if he has already communicated this by telephone, for example). The owner will charge the following amounts, depending on the written cancellation date of the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free
cancellation between 90th and 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only informs the owner on the start date or during the rental period that he will not (no longer) use the rented object, he remains responsible for the full rental price.
