- Headroom: Features a spacious living room with a double box-spring bed (180×200 cm) that can also be made up as twin beds on request. In this main room you will also find a comfortable sofa to relax on.
- Separate Bedroom: Two single box-spring beds – ideal for families, friends or couples who want to sleep separately.
- Comfort: Both the living room and the separate bedroom have air conditioning (cold/hot) for a pleasant temperature.
Kitchen, bathroom & private patio
- Complete Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher and all the necessities for self-catering.
- Bathroom: The bathroom has a lovely rain shower for a relaxing start or end to your day.
- Private Patio: The spacious private terrace, a typical Andalusian patio of 32 square meters, offers a wonderful place to relax. A large round table invites you to eat outside.
Swimming Pool & Common Area
Guests of both residences can use the 8×4 m swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip or to relax on a sunbed or lounge sofa. From the pool you have a beautiful view over the relaxing valley and the swaying palm trees.
Hammam towels are provided at the pool. We are happy to provide a snack and drink on request.

- Maximum Power Security & Comfort: Thanks to our solar panels and powerful 20kW home batteries, we significantly minimize the chance of power outages. Even if the power goes out in the campo, you can count on the continuity of your comfort at Cortijo el Sendero, including air conditioning/heating and hot rain showers.
- Water Security & Stability: In a region where water can be scarce, we offer maximum security. We have two independent wells (mountain water and an underground river) and an emergency reserve of 5,000 litres. This ensures a stable water supply, even during periods of extreme drought.
- Parking: Free parking is always possible on site.
- Internet: Of course, fast and reliable Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
- Laundry service (optional): For your convenience, especially after a long hike, trail run or bike ride, we offer a laundry service (ask us for rates).
