The cancellation conditions set by the landlord are as follows:

Free cancellation within five days of booking: The tenant can cancel the booking free of charge within five days of making the booking, unless the stay starts within one month of booking.

Cancellation fees after five days: If the renter wishes to cancel after the first five days, the following cancellation fees apply:

Cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the stay: 25% of the rental price.

Cancellation up to 28 days before the start of the stay: 50% of the rental price.

Cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the stay: 75% of the rental price.

In case of cancellation within 14 days before the start of the stay, the full rent remains due. In this case, the tenant is not entitled to a refund.

Cancellation on the start date or during the rental period: If the tenant indicates on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, the full rental price remains due. There is no right to a refund in this case.

It is important to note that all cancellations must be notified to the landlord in writing by e-mail, even if the cancellation has already been communicated by telephone.
