This beautifully recently renovated suite is part of Finca Alhaurin Sefardi and is located amid a beautiful landscaped tropical garden and has far-reaching views over the Sierra de Mijas.

The romantic setting in Andalusian style has many Balinese features and is finished to a high standard
There are numerous terraces next to the suite and the fairytale front garden rich in fruit & olive trees is a feast for the eyes.

You feel like you are in an exotic destination when you pick your own fruit for breakfast. We also have some chickens that ensure that your eggs can be collected fresh every day.

In short, luxury and rural life alternate and in this case are the right ingredients for a well-deserved holiday. There is a beautiful Palapa in the garden that makes you feel like you are in South Africa. The detached African outdoor hut has a kitchen, 2 burner electric hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, BBQ & cold and hot running water.

You can lounge here in the sun, but you can also relax in the shade. The suite has electric shutters and air conditioning. A fresh cup of coffee, an ice-cold beer or a delicious glass of Spanish wine, who wouldn't want that in this breathtakingly beautiful place?!

The salt water private swimming pool provides pleasant cooling during the warm months.

The suite is located just a 7-minute drive from the lively and very pleasant Alhaurin El Grande. Here you can browse around in the many shops and there is a wide choice of bars, national and international restaurants.

Alhaurin de la Torre is also an excellent base for a visit to the "Royal Cities" of Cordoba, Granada, Seville, but also the beautiful Ronda. Malaga, Marbella and the seaside resorts on the Costa are within easy reach!!

Both the suite and the palapa with outdoor kitchen and swimming pool are entirely for the private use of the tenant

We Ninon and Hamoedie came to live in beautiful Andalusia over 8 years ago. Our 8-year-old daughter was born here and together with our dogs and chickens we are living our "Spanish dream".

After years of success with the rental of our "Finca Alhaurin Sefardi" & "Finca El Albero" we are now mainly busy with new dreams.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The price is based on two people, including weekly cleaning. The beds are therefore changed and the towels are changed. Beach and pool towels are provided.

We are happy to fulfill all your personal wishes.

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
