The villa consists of 2 separate parts, each with its own kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and terraces, each offering a lot of privacy. The accommodation is ideal for a larger group, family or friends and also offers privacy to e.g. two families or four couples.
There is also a special bar area with refrigerator and a barbecue. The villa with 11,000 m2 of private land has a beautiful, natural garden with a wide variety of fruit trees and palms. There are several terraces (330 m2 in total) around the house and the swimming pool, from where you have a magnificent view of the sea, mountains and valleys. On a clear day, you can even see Africa. Although close to the beach, you can enjoy peace and nature here.
The large swimming pool of 10 x 4.5 m. has an outdoor shower and a toilet/changing room. The villa is easily accessible via a paved road with secure parking for several cars behind an electric entrance gate. Inside it is tastefully decorated and contains everything you need, a modern kitchen with all appliances, bathrooms with toilet, bath and/or shower, air conditioning in all four bedrooms and in the living room, where there is also a cozy pellet stove.
