3 large bedrooms for 2 persons, including the master bedroom with private bathroom and 1 bathroom with walk-in shower on 120 m2. Quietly located in a mountain landscape on 700 m2 of private land in the pleasant Spanish town of Albanchez.

In the immediate vicinity, within walking distance, you will find several cozy bars with dining options in Albanchez,
El Puente and Amanacher.
The market town of Albox is also a 15-minute drive away, with several large supermarkets, nice shops and cozy restaurants. Large cozy market on Tuesday morning.
The villa is surrounded by a private landscaped garden, which guarantees your privacy.
The large patio doors lead you from the kitchen and dining room to a large covered terrace with large wooden dining table and 6 chairs. On the other side of the terrace there is a cozy sitting area with rattan bench and chairs. There is also enough space for a BBQ (this is available).
Around the villa there is plenty of space and opportunity to enjoy the outdoors in peace or actively; relax in the large swimming pool, sunbathe on the deckchairs, badminton, mini golf, balls, etc.

Inside, the villa offers: 3 large bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, of which the master bedroom has a private bathroom. There is also an extra bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
There is a very extensive large U-shaped kitchen and a dining room, followed by the large living room with spacious chairs and a sofa,
Water purification plant available, so that it is possible to drink from the special tap.
Equipment present; satellite TV, free wireless internet, WIFI and DVD/CD player.

In the old part of the town of Albanchez, which is built on a hill, after some research you will find small (houses) shops such as a bakery where you can buy fresh rolls, a butcher's shop and a small supermarket.
The market town of Albox is approximately 15 minutes by car. Here you will find authentic restaurants in a real Spanish town. Bring on the TAPAS...

But you can also take trips to the beaches, interesting towns and attractions nearby.
It is approximately a 40 minute drive to Garrucha Beach and Vera Playa (FKK) with 8km of quiet beaches.
Or to the charming Mojacar and the port town of Garrucha with its many fish restaurants.
There is also a water park and a karting in the town of Vera, also about a 30/40 minute drive away.
Golf is also possible in Mojacar, but a little further away at the world famous Championship Desert Spring Golf Course, which can be found close to Murcia.

Would you like to look for interesting cities; Malaga, Granada, Almeria, Murcia or Cartagena can be reached within 1 to 3 hours.

Also nearby (10 minutes) in Cantoria you will find a horse riding school where you can take riding lessons, and children can also ride ponies. They also offer quad tours.
The area is ideal for walkers and cyclists who enjoy challenging hilly terrain.
The Dutch cycling team regularly comes to this area for their training.
But you can also make trips to the lakes of Baza with water sports facilities, or the western towns of Tabernas, which were used for the filming of many of the most famous spaghetti westerns.
And don't forget to visit the prehistoric finds and of course experience the many cultural and culinary options.
There are plenty of options in this beautiful and most beautiful part of Spain.
