Welcome to Molino Rio Alájar, once a stand-alone mill on the river, but now a beautiful estate with six holiday homes, built of natural stone. Molino Rio Alájar is hidden in an unspoilt valley, close to the lovely village of Alájar, which is considered the pearl in the protected Sierra de Aracena Natural Park. This virtually unknown part of Spain is a mecca for young and old, hikers, birdwatchers, horseback riders, sun worshippers and nature lovers. In the old villages that loom up like dots in this vast area, the pace of life is still determined by the steps of the donkey.

The front door opens into a hallway, of which to the right is the spacious sitting room with fireplace, sofa, underfloor heating and open kitchen. Through large arched windows you look out over the garden with the picturesque hills behind it. The kitchen is equipped with a five-burner gas stove with electric oven, refrigerator, extensive stainless steel pan set, dishwasher, cooking utensils, pottery and a microwave. The master bedroom consists of a double bed with en-suite a sea green bathroom with shower. The second spacious bedroom consists of three single beds and a bathroom with douche.Net like the other houses, La Tortuga offers the possibility to dine on the terrace while breathing in the pure Sierra air. The accommodation features a barbecue (BBQ). The bedrooms have air conditioning.
