Welcome to Montpellier Estate. The Thatch Cottage Somerset West Located in a safe, quiet, green and upmarket area in Somerset West, it offers 7000 m2 with stunning mountain views of both the Helderberg and Hottentot Holland mountain ranges.

With the Manor house, The Rose cottage and the Thach cottage sharing a green and lush garden, it offers plenty of open space and privacy for outdoor living.

We have a cosily furnished cottage with thatched roof and private pool for rent in a green and quiet area of Somerset West. Around the cottage are several terraces including a gas barbecue, various seating areas and terrace dining table with 6 seats.

There are 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and two bathrooms (up to 4 adults). Kitchen with fridge / freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob. There is Wifi and an inverter for loadshedding.

From the large terrace views of the Hottentots Holland mountains and near the wine route of Stellenbosch and a beautiful beach a 10 minute drive away. Several golf courses and good restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
