Welcome to Montpellier Estate. Thatch Cottage Somerset West is located in a safe, quiet, green and chic area in Somerset West and offers 7000 m2 with beautiful views of the mountains of both the Helderberg and the Hottentot Holland mountain range.

With the Manor house, The Rose cottage and the Thach cottage sharing a green and lush garden, it offers plenty of open space and privacy for outdoor living.

We have a comfortably furnished cottage with thatched roof and private swimming pool for rent in a green and quiet area of Somerset West. The cottage is located on a private estate with another cottage and a manor house. Various terraces around the cottage with seating areas and terrace dining table.

There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (maximum 4 adults). Kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob. There is WiFi and an inverter for loadshedding.

From the large terrace you have a view of the Hottentots Holland mountains and are close to the Stellenbosch wine route and a beautiful beach, a 10-minute drive away. Several golf courses and good restaurants in the immediate area.

In the event that the accommodation is not taken, 18 Montpellier Estate has the right to deduct the amounts due in lieu of the cancellation penalties and furthermore have the right to release reservations where deposit and/or payment is not made by the due date .
18 Montpellier Estate reserves the right to change deposit requirements during peak periods.

No refunds for late check-in/arrival or early check-out.
